HKAAPA Education Program at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort was held on 4 December 2017
HKAAPA was pleased to have:
•Mr. Fung Kwok Sum, Sous Chef, Dim Sum, Hong Kong Disneyland Food and Beverage to guide us to create our own character dim-sum.
•Mr. Manfred Wong, Director, F&B Operations, Hong Kong Disneyland Resort to share with us : Bringing Disney Magic to the F&B Business.
Participants enjoyed the guided tour of Disney Explorers Lodge and the Christmas special performance – “Mickey and Friends Christmastime Ball” at Hong Kong Disneyland.
