HKAAPA Education Program in Venetian on 21 February 2014
The Education Program of HKAAPA on 21 February 2014 was hosted by The Venetian Macao Resort Hotel, Cotai Strip Macao.
Participants started off with an exceptional experience of Shrekfast, Cotai Strip Macao’s signature breakfast with the DreamWorks gang. Mr Brendon Elliott, Vice President of Sales, Sands China Ltd, gave a warm welcome to the participants with highlights on the latest development of Cotai Strip Macao.
The first sharing session is an interactive presentation by Mr Paul Pei, President of HKAAPA; Executive Director, Hotel & Hospitality, Ocean Park Hong Kong. Paul shared with the participants on Leadership and Change, Concepts that helped transform Ocean Park Hong Kong into a World Class Theme Park. Mr David Wilson, Director, Call Center Operations, The Venetian Macao, brought the group to The Venetian Macao Call Center to explain the operation in detail. Mr Gene Capuano, Vice President, Convention & Exhibition Operations, Sands China Ltd, shared his experience in how to run an integrated city. Mr Brett Ingram, Director, Destination Events, Sands China Ltd, presented on the topic of The New Entertainment Centre of Macao.
Participants had the opportunity of getting behind the scene and look at the operations of the largest integrated resort in Macao. The Program ended with a guided tour to Ice World , the biggest indoor ice event in Asia.
